My partner and I were have a few drinks and I mixed my alcohol with my medication and I don't recall most of the night of the alleged assault. I remember starting the argument but not much else.. I love my partner and we have been together for several years and he has been my carer for the last few years as I have attempted suicide more than 20+ since November and since the night of the alleged assault I have been hospitalized more than 5 times for attempted suicide since June 16.
1. My question is when it comes to going to court and they want me to tell them about my statement that I don't remember doing, how do I approach answering the questions?
2. Also I don't really want to go through with the intervention order against my partner, so is there anything I can do about that?
