WA How to Find Out if Friend Made a Police Report?

If I think a friend made a police report on me, am I able to find out or if there is an investigation they won't tell me?

Basically, I wanna know if there was a case opened or what. I don't mind facing it in court cause I haven't done anything, but I just want to know cause I've heard he did. But he claims he hadn't.

We had a falling out and I just wanna know if I should cut him out of my life for just being sly and trying to ruin my reputation.

Anyway to find out our options. that can be taken would be appreciated.

If there is an investigation underway, they only have to tell you when they intend to act on what they have, such as questioning you. If you feel this 'friend' has reported you for something, you must have a reason to suspect them. Based on that, maybe you already have the answer as to cutting them out of your life or not.
