Hi. is there a maximum number of times that I can be stopped searched and then released because ive been clean and done nothing wrong
Sure I have a recorded conviction for an illegal activity (for which I paid my fine, did my 18 months good behaviour and have paid my penance but surely at some point I m finally afforded the rights of a private citizen and to be deemed innocent till proven guilty.
shouldn't I be labelled rehabilitated reformed after so many fruitless stops and searches? otherwise I could be 80 get stopped questioned, my name run through the database then strip searched.
Also like to know if police can ask to take your photo or attempt to after a random stop question and search? this has happened to me twice and I rejected both requests
