Hi,

I have been convicted for common assault ( DV-T2) 3 months ago, where as my Australian citizenship application was under process. The case was finalised from court $750 fine.

I just got a letter from Immigration few days ago that says to provide some evidence and statutory declaration from me and people from my community who knows me and be advised.

Please help what could happen after all this? And what is the proper solution?

It's probably a mere formality following your conviction. I can help you put this together if you'd like.
