No. It's a standard condition of a CCO that you don't get to leave Victoria.
For permission to leave, you'll need to apply to Corrections Victoria.
Permission is not granted automatically, nor as of right.
Your caseworker at the Community Corrections Centre will be able to give you detailed advice.

Of course. We all know what you really meant.

You can pretty comfortably assume that your name will be on the no-depart list at the airport (all the airports...).
That being the case, you can expect to be arrested airside at the airport, or even taken off the aircraft, in handcuffs.

Now, suppose you actually get away....
Once you get to India.... assuming that you are not arrested there on landing, where there could be a warrant waiting for you at Customs...
You face (at least in theory) the prospect of an extradition proceeding, back to Australia.
After a suitable interval in gaol in India while they process the paperwork.

Chances of any of it happening? Well above average.

So could u please give me advice . What I have to do.
I have given you advice. It's here.

Look at it this way.
You're a prisoner under sentence.
The only difference is that you get to live in the community, not in a cell.
I cannot imagine circumstances where they would let you
leave Victoria, let alone leave Australia, never to return.
