:)Hi

I'm a mortgage broker, and looking for a solicitor/s that offer a 'flat fee' on 'Application of a consent orders', and 'property title changes'.

I often have clients ask me to refer them to a solicitor. Hence, happy to set up a referral system. However, I prefer referring my clients to someone who is extremely client focused, quick turnaround (within reason) and offers clear 'upfront' flat fees for straight forward cases.

Let me know,

Cheers

Hi Tripster, where are you based?

I have an office in Sydney. I do a lot of Family Law work and conveyancing. Happy to just have a chat on the phone or if you're around in the city grab a coffee?

I can do fixed fees for both of the above.
