After going voluntary bankrupt, what are the grounds upon which creditors can nominate a private trustee?

You're an unsecured creditor?
You have probably lost your money.

Hi Tim, Thanks for your reply. I'd like to know if there are grounds set out in law that allow a creditor to hire a private trustee, or can a creditor do this without having any reason.

In order for me to give you a meaningful answer,
please first tell me what you think a private trustee is, and does.

Sorry Tim, I meant a Registered Trustee. I think they are licensed practitioners permitted to have control of a bankruptcy.
