NSW Fixed Lawyers Fees in Sydney?

Hi all,

Can someone please help with the best family lawyer in Sydney having fixed fees?

My case is regarding the custody of my daughter. My ex is not agreeing to any parental or custody of children agreement and moreover, she's not following court orders. I have already spent a lot of money in paying lawyer fees which is not fixed but not getting any result.

Please suggest the best family lawyer in Sydney having fixed fees.

Plan B. There are resources to help you self-represent...

My thinking is if you already have court orders and spent $$ on solicitors getting them, then learning to self represent might be a scary, but more realistic option... How often are you going to have to put your hand in your pocket to get to court before you have to give up because even with a great solicitor the ex is still not playing nice?
