Hi, I am self represented & just about to go final hearing. I am wondering what the process will be for me as a Respondent? All documentation has been submitted. Property has been settled, this will just be for parenting.
To give context;
I currently get 5 days per fortnight for our 7yo daughter who is healthy, happy & doing very well at school. Family Report summarised to keep the same for now but did state elsewhere in the report that increased time could be beneficial.
I have requested adding a day per fortnight in 1 year increments.
Otherwise the only issues are mother requests 3 weeks holiday, but wants to limit mine to 2.
Also very militant about her holding the passport. I have put in a suggestion that the passport is held in trust.
Any help, particularly the process would be much appreciated.
