hi wondering how risky is it to self represent for property settlement final hearing?
I’ve run out of funds so my options are limited
Or are there Barrister’s anyone can recommend to use on the day of trial FCC Melbourne who are reasonably priced?
Most are $2k a day which is ok
Thanks

Based on some of your earlier posts where you have significant issues, then legal help is preferable.

Call the LIV tomorrow and ask who may be able to help you. Ask for a 'list' that tends to specialise in family. FYI, barristers are generally part of a list run by a clerk.

Thanks Rod...I’ll try and hopefully find someone
Given the short time frame.. otherwise I’ll have to self represent and hopefully it’s not too intimidating
