After water damage to my home. We have had over a year and a half of problems with the insurance company and quality of the building works. We had to move out into caravans because of mould contamination last winter. A lot of the work was so poor they are having to come back and redo all the work. They damaged a blocked shower pipe and we have had it leaking into the slab for over 12monthsthis withoit us knowing. The insurance company behaviour at the start was very ordinary and we had to lodge a claim with AFCA. Which we were successful. It has been a very stressful time and it still isnt over now they have to pull down a new bathroom and dig out some of the slab. They have to redo all the painting works. Am I entitled to ask for compensation from the insurance company. HELP

Always pay with a credit card because it has a hopper protection so you can just revert the transaction (charge back).
