My dad and mum divorced last year. In the past year, my dad has not seen me. Until recently, my mum has became abusive. I am 12 and want to live with my dad. Please, help me with family law.

If you’re living where you want to live there’s not more you can do right now except live your life to the fullest and be a happy kid

I’m sorry to hear your Mum has been abusive. Maybe find someone you can confide in to talk through it all with, it really does help. Just remember it’s not your fault
