Hi, I'm not sure if I m in the right page? But I wanted to ask.
If multiple reports made to docs of child at risk of harm were not investigated between 1993-2003 or There abouts and still docs were receiving reports of 12 year old having sexual relationship with men twice her age, mother kicked her out at 12 and then she got in to a domestic violent relationship with a man twice her age and docs and the local police knew but never acted on the situation to the underage girl falling pregnant at 15. The only time docs showed any interest is when she gave birth to the baby. Can docs and the police be held accountable for not fulfill their duty of care? I've tried to goggle but have not an idea on what category this would fall under??
