My friend and her husband lost their only child and made one of his friends the executor of their will.
They did this as she was younger than all their friends and would most likely be around to carry out her role.
However, she has since been making very strong hints about her need for money for herself and her children's education.
My friends feels unsafe and worried as to where this might lead, but her husband, is not. They are both in their 70s.
I recommend that they remove this person.
Is this behaviour considered wrong and what does the panel recommend?

Check this article (orglaw.com.au/removing-an-executor/), there's a process on her removal. Hope this can help.

The solution is simple - they both need to make new wills, naming a different executor.
