NSW Ex Failed to Submit Statement for AVO in Court?

Hi,

I just want to ask...my ex filed a private AVO application to the court, asking that I should not go within 500 metres. I don't do that anyway.

Anyway, I attended the court & the judge asked her to submit a statement into court by 14 Dec, and than I will do the same by 17 Jan. I went to court on 15th Dec to pick up her statement but it wasn't there.

Any suggestions, what should I do?

Do you have an interim AVO against you? When is the next court date?

I'd follow the court's instructions but it is likely she has withdrawn her complaint by not submitting a statement...Steer clear of her - she is clearly after your blood.

Yes there are interim orders. My next hearing is on 24th Jan and that is the mention date. I'm not sure what to do.
