Just wondering if someone can help me. We have an employee who has approx. 4 months to go before reaching their 10-year entitlement to Long Service Leave and who has recently had their weekly hours reduced from full time to part time. Would their Long Service Entitlement under Employment Law be calculated, i.e. 9years & 8months at 38hrs per week and 4 months at 18hrs per week?
