QLD Employment Law - Help with the Interpretation of a Statement?

    Please help me with Employment Law. I am getting some paranoia with this statement. The statement refer to mandatory questions.

    " Complaints refers to matters other than those made since 1 July 2012, under the National Law and already reported to AHPRA "

    More info will help, yeah.
    In the meantime, am I correct in thinking that you are applying to be registered for the first time
    in one of the AHPRA regulated professions?
