NSW Employment Contract - Can I Take Two Part-Time Jobs?

Hi,

Can anyone please help me on whether I can do a dual employment contract - both part time in different companies in NSW?

I have 2 job offers and want to pick up both as both are part-time. Both the contract letters are silent on this aspect so I am not sure if I can take both or just one.

If the contracts are silent on this issue then you can. Keep in mind the relevant document, if you have one, is the employment contract, not the letter offering employment.
