hello I just I don’t know what to do now
I’m the respondent
I have 5 month now my girl friend put a dvo on me
But we been se eachother every 2- 3 time a weeck we been out to dinners we been motels I been to her place many time she been to my place we been have sex 1-2 time a weeck we been playng together in Tab and pubs and untill to day we still se each other. I did ask to drop the dvo but she’s not drop becouse her friends telly her to not drop
I like to know what I can do now.
After all this. Breaches from bout side,I bolieve there is no a dvo anymore do I can reopen the case
Do I have any chance to win and drop the dvo. There is a lot evidence we been together all this time she did consent every single time to se me
Please help me to go out of this situations.we risk bout everyday
