QLD Does Ex have Claim on Property Even After Property Settlement?

Can my ex claim anything further after the property settlement has been finalised? I am looking at keeping the house (it is in my name solely) but if for some reason I had to sell down the track, can my ex make a claim on the sale proceeds even though he would have already been paid out in the property settlement?

If you get the property settlement sealed by the court as consent orders, he won't be able to pursue anything further down the track.
