Hi, I am wanting to know if I qualify for Legal Aid. My children's father has gone back through family court and he resides in NZ. He gave us permission to relocate. We had a Parenting Agreement lodged in NZ courts in 2013.

Legal Aid is assessed against a range of factors - means, merits, etc. so it's impossible for anyone here to properly assess whether or not you would qualify. In any case, however, it's always best to at least apply. An application is free and may be successful, and many who think they won't qualify for Legal Aid are approved for their application.
