I am estranged from all of my family and wish to remove any record of them as my next of kin including for medical purposes, I do not have a will but intend to do so again not leaving anything to my relatives only friends, is this possible under WA law.

Everyone should get there enduring power of guardianship/attorney done. Through a lawyer is best as they can provide support and context when you need help, but most states have a simple DIY form. WA's form seems quite straightforward - Enduring Power of Guardianship (EPG)

The WA form doesn't make it clear how to distribute copies of the form/document though. Other states suggest that your GP, local hospital, MyHealthRecord, ambo etc should have a copy of it. Keep the original certified copy safe though.
