Wife applied for divorce then filed discontinuance, then emailed to say she would divorce. It has been a long time since then but still nothing.

What can be done about the impacts of mental health for all involved?

(I'm aware I can apply. It's not what I'm asking)

Coping with divorce isn't a topic for governance by the court, so while the divorce element is a legal issue, the emotional element is not. You can speak to Relationships Australia about a post-separation course or see a counsellor, but the legal alternative is to file for divorce yourself and be done with it.
