Hi everyone,
I have had an advo filed against me which I have I opposed at first mention.
It was bought against me solely from asking my ex partner to explain the circumstances around an affair she was having unknown to me and the web of lies it exposed ( met with silence )
I was the one that ended the relationship. I never approached her at any time, I never went to her home, threatened, stalked or intimidated her in any way.
Her only evidence is is 4 or 5 messages sent by me ( after asking me to stop ) asking her to explain her actions and at least apologize for some closure. After 3-1/2 years I felt she had a moral obligation ( especially in regards to safe sex etc )
I believe it was filed to protect her reputation and also to avoid the difficult conversation.
My main concern is a advo taken out by my ex-wife 5 yrs ago counting against me.

I plan to defend it myself come what may. Any advice would be appreciated
