NSW Daycare fees asked for by separated wife

hi,
Ex is asking me for 50% day care fees for my 4 year old.
Outwith our agreed child maintenance pay, do I have to pay this?
I have child approx 5 nights a fortnight.

The person that sends the child to daycare pays the fees (the ex)

If you pay the assessed amount of child support you're required to pay you're not obligated to give the Ex any more money.

If you chose to send the child to daycare on one of your days. You would pay that out of your pocket.

Totally agree.
I offered to pay 38% of the fee based on me having 38% care. My argument was she wasn't agreeing to 50/50 care so why should I have to pay 50% of stuff... She didn't like logic.

So pay child support. That is the extent of your obligation.
