@Tim W
I currently have Family Court of Australia proceedings under way and the Ex keeps getting herself into mischief with the police but fails to disclose any of it.

Currently the ICL has subpoena the police twice for our matter due to the Ex.
It's makes life easier for me if I can put a formal-ish document in front of everyone that says the Ex was in court on this day. Hence wanting a copy of the court list.
I know I can issue a subpoena but it's obviously easier for me if I convince the ICL they should do it.

We are both self represented therefore I have sent the Ex and all parties a letter requesting disclosure essentially to notify the ICL that she was in court again. The request will be ignored by the Ex.
