Is it a crime to bet through another person's online betting account assuming you have their permission?
The reason for the question is that corporate bookmakers in Australia will limit (effectively shut down) winning punters once it becomes clear that the punters know what they're doing (i.e. have an edge over the bookmaker). A possible way round this would be to open up an account in the name of a friend or family member and bet through that. But would this be breaking the law?
Thanks
