Two children, 8 and 6. 16 month old toddler.
Do courts generally rule the same time for all siblings regardless of age, even if parent has had zero time with toddler?

Not necessarily. Safe to say though that whatever the older two end up with, it's more likely the youngest will end up with order for a gradual increase in time until it's even with the other two.

The Court might see reason in an argument that suggests the youngest will cope better because the two older siblings are there. The reverse is probably less true - it would be hard to argue the two oldest should have less time because the youngest can't cope, if that makes sense.
