NSW Course development - intellectual property rights?

    I am a contractor for a business operating in the tertiary education space who bring in undergrad students from overseas for a short program, as approved by the students' respective universities. I develop the course content and assessments, and deliver the course (average hours from 20-40 hours of face to face) What are my intellectual property rights? Their contract says, "The Contractor assigns to the Company all intellectual property created by the Contractor and its employees and agents in the course of providing the Services ..."

    That means that the entity with whom you are contracting owns the material you create and/or deliver.
    You retain moral rights only.
