As my child is a minor and a beneficiary am I able to request a copy of the probate from the Supreme Court without going to the family solicitor completing the estate?
There is no relationship with the family and I’d rather them not know I am requesting a copy. I want to make sure my daughter has been gifted as stated by her paternal grandmother. Her father won’t provide any answers.

Yes I did it. Just contact the court registrar as I did. Or you can probably download the files and pay the fee.
You just need to show you have a valid interest in the will.
