Okay, the guts

principle has memory loss & showing some cognitive processing difficulties
principle & 2nd wife are rebuilding relationship, but 2nd wife looking after dying mother.
Regular contact with 2nd wife & principle
perpetrator appears

  1. perpetrator coerces a divorce with Principle & 2nd wife
  2. perpetrator organises meeting to solicitor for principle to sign divorce documents
  3. 2nd wife receives application and challenges principle about divorce papers . Principle replies "what papers"
  4. 2nd wife & principle agree to halt divorce
  5. 2nd wife receives a cease contact letter
  6. 2nd wife challenges separation date - as she didn't know that they were separated (living apart)
  7. perpetrator gives direction to principle's solicitor
  8. solicitor prepares affidavits with false, misleading information without evidence
  9. 2nd wife's solicitor submits substantial affidavit that discredits opposition for hearing
  10. day of hearing principles solicitor calls in sick, he then offers to 2nd wife solicitor to wait it out for another 6 weeks til the 2nd wife's separation date
  11. 2nd wife's solicitor consults with client and client acquiesce
  12. Crucial & revealing information not addressed
  13. Divorce complete
Nineteen days later, perpetrator marries principle. Day of wedding principle asks "what's the party for"
Within four months perpetrator has been assigned as Enduring Power of Attorney, assisted in changing Principle's Will and has isolated by threat of protection order against family and friends.

Principle is alive but is in last stages of dementia
