I am subleasing office space, but have been out of my lease period since February. My lease states I need to give two months notice to vacate. Given my lease expired in February am I still held by this clause? thanks in advance.

Your lease should have holding over provisions, which deal with this situation. If it doesn't, then you're probably in a month to month arrangement. Someone more familiar with NSW legislation should be able to confirm this.
