WA Commercial real estate out goings

    Hi with a commercial realestatere lease with variable out goings, if it's audite does the realestate still need to provided bills and invoices of proof of outgoings if requested to do so or is simply providing a audit statement good enough,

    Generally an audit statement is enough, unless you have strong suspicion that something untoward is going on. I would suspect you don’t have the ability to compel their production without taking legal action however.
