Hi

So I worked for a horse company last year. Since leaving late last year, the company which they get the clothing off (whom they are good friends with) have been sending me bills to pay for the clothing. However in the ad, it states that all showing apparel is included (shoe rising clothes) clothing of topic is a jacket and vest.

I did not sign for anything. I went into the shop, got measured and the clothing was ordered by my boss at the time. She picked it up from the shop when it arrived not me. When I left the business late last year, I left all clothing down there with them which they are now claiming has gone missing or can't find it

Where do I stand under Employment Law?

Hi Jesse,

Keep the job advertisement. I wouldn't pay anything. Let them pursue it.

Did you give the clothing back when you left?
