Question.

I may have to place son in after school care full time. At present he is there two days a week.

Because my costs increase is there a way to have my child support increased based on those costs? My wage is going to go up too so I am thinking my CS will go down, yet I have increased expenses?

Short answer is no. An increase above the nominal calculated child support rate may be made in special circumstances - but after school care is not a special circumstances unless, perhaps, you son has special needs.
