Hi all,
We had our child inclusive conference two weeks ago and are due back in court next week.
I’ve been told that the judge has decided not to release the child inclusive conference report before court, has anyone had this happen to them? What are the reasons a judge would choose not to release this report before court?
Thanks in advance

This can happen for a number of reasons including one party being self represented and there being bad news in it, there being drastic changes recommended that will tip a party over the edge and a host of other reasons. In my experience it usually means bad news for one party though
