NSW Chargeback or Refund from Business Mentor in USA?

Hello I recently signed up for a business mentor and I don\'t think the service is doing a good job. I paid ~$15k for coaching and they are based out of USA. They do not want to give a refund. Is it possible to do a chargeback?

What are my options?
