I recently accepted a quote for a service in the amount of $10k,we are now 3/4 into completion and with extras have I been invoiced and paid close to 10k.My question is if I terminate our agreement can I be sued for payment on the remainder of the service that was going to be provided even though I have made payments to date totalling the original quote. My concern is that quotes are in some cases determined by volume more volume cheaper rates.I understand that there are legal reasons for cancelling a contract which I will use but my concern is if its disputed.
Thanks in advance
