Does a family member have the right to dictate the amount of money to be paid for looking after an old person (24hrs) and stating that if a sibling does not take part /shift for any reason in looking after elderly parent, they must forfeit part of their inheritance according to the amount they are asking at a weekly basis There are eight people involved, brothers and sisters, and some work, some do not.

The parent is 89 and not an invalid, just forgetful, and lives alone in her own home. All money to be paid after the death of the parent accordingly.
