Hi guys,

Just got my first speeding fines issued today which is located after a steep decline. My car has cruise control, however, after going down a hill, takes a while to correct the actual speed. The posted speed limit was 60km but got caught at 70km.

The actual speed camera also took a picture which shows my break lights on, however, the position of the speeding camera would not have been visible to where I was driving.

What can I do in this situation?

Thanks

Whilst they should not have cameras at bottom of hills there is not much you can do other than write to Civic Compliance and request a caution.
