I just wanted to know, can an application for consent orders be cancelled? I applied last week, signed the agreement but some new information has come to light and I want to withdraw the application. Is this possible? Is there a time before it is approved by the court where the application can be withdrawn?

You'd want to get your solicitor on the case asap.
After that I think they could be changed but it would require some really good reason. So what is the new information?

I agree, see your solicitor asap.

Timing is important here. If orders and been stamped and approved by the court you may be too late. However if you recently obtained information that should have been disclosed then you have a reasonable chance of get the orders withdrawn/changed. BUT, the new information will need to be deemed by a court to be significant. The significance to you is not what is important, it is what a court will consider to be significant.
