My husband bought used car from private seller on Facebook . We paid in cash.
After bought we drive back and went to car repair service to check because we felt something wrong with the engine.
We also asked him about the engine problem but he lied to tell he said no problem.
As repairer confirm that the car has quite big problem but seller intended to cover it and not telling the true problem so repairer couldn't fixed it right point.
How can we get the money back or what we can do with this private seller that he sale the poor quality car to us ? please advice
