We too are fighting for our life back due to friend allowed and generously given guest star service due to our lack of experience with cons we let her stay in our new home for free till she saved for a house to rent…but she seemed to like ours and found passwords into everything and proceeded to strip our financial documents and created mass debts but we have all this proof and lawyers are still responding to her friend - a con also, as his business has been shutdown but he still continues to move through courts create bogus claims for her so different claims means different jurisdictions so 4 claims and our affidavits demanded by this legal expert and let’s say house woman with purposes of their own deprived morals has become a natural phenomenon really…just so at the end of the line she gets a free house and he’s doing this for free with “access to unlimited unity access scheme to reimburse his free service of unethical magnitude. We are now low in everything physically and financially and no one but our bankruptcy team who also thought eviction laws n process through QCAT was a good outcome maybe 2 to 3 mths but sell home, 800000 plus …return $$$ including repay her falsified credit cards ..and equity left should of been 350000. Sign here all done. That was 3yrs ago…we’ve had a Dvo case 22mths..no outcome as we fought this..she’s had no representative or us to come 100 m from our house.. we were homeless..had to rent in WA while this and then Covid ..she kept adjourning..we kept paying our legal fees for lawyer to basically get paid for doing nothING…to end this circus as our lawyer says just plead good behaviour and remove all conditions…no we could only remove representative eg.. so real estates n lawyers could approach her place of residence. It was a start and based on good professional experience wolf lawyer we do this. Within days she’s got a family law suit application and email by same con lawyer friend which we didn’t respond to mediation as this then puts you in jurisdiction of BLACK HOLE of F.Courts that haunts like a demon. This seemed to throw them to option C Civil Claim of her mental health and safety and hardships of life etc and wanted a mere150000 plus she’d mowed and looked after pool and provided a housekeeping service and created a unpaid wage claim of 110,000 over 3 years ..lol oh yeah it’s worse.. another fight and responding of affidavits is now given them deviates enough info and dates they’ve now become fully aware of the truth so with clever instructions from con lawyer have been able to find jurisdiction exemptions to skip QCAT orders to vacate, warrant of possession etc..another waste of time and 6 mths on our mental destruction too.. finally bankrupt now they’ve got another DEMAND Thru Family court rules to lift bankruptcy take ownership by transfer to now called Defacto- she claims now ..I have wife and kids and we had to now prove that I wasn’t a defacto, then rule and paperwork received Friday..wants Co-habitation added? Our bankruptcy lawyer and his 3 lawyers in QLD are again also demanding us to send more evidence (over 3425pages or docs, so far in 3 yrs) and due to different areas they take us.. threat of not providing some affidavit and evidence or form could be that in 21 days she will have right to commence her own take over of our new property now 3 yrs old basically..lived in for 3 mths before we took up a role FIFO IN WA.. and she was a guest..now a moving deadly snake that sends her poison and evil toxic people that she’s linked to and good at their profession to drain our and others of their livelihoods… WE NEED SOME HELP WORLD. If we don’t respond ..we can face jail from penalties of breaching court orders and bankruptcy orders..
I now woul be more useful to use what’s left of my sanity and new training and knowledge of how the courts system in 3 different jurisdiction areas well courts eg QCAT, Magistrates and Federal Circuit.. operate.. they are bias to applicants or aggrieved or despondent…don’t give the in.. is all we get by friends, family *that are left- we get the “can’t stand the drama in our life and how can you be so dumb”.. even POLICE who didn’t apply for Dvo Order.. this was rejected to lack of evidence to her…but they see our paperwork and said also…this is CIVIL not a criminal case..well she’s defrauded us, stolen identity, theft by shifting money into 4 different accounts by changing transaction reference details … very very clever but we have audited accounts and found so many slip ups by her that put her in categories of criminal…no as she’s dropped the word of Defacto…yes although married and stuck in state for 3.5 yrs she’s still able to extend timeframes of claim removing all written guidelines of courts processes and eligibility of each order description…. I’m lost and done. So this is my last entry and please if you would even share this to anyone with good info about a strategy and patience please do. Thank you..PComs
