My strata manager has not made changes to the account records to show payment was made for strata arrears. He is misleading the owners and held an EGM to take bankruptcy action after arrears are paid. The amount remaining was below the threshold of $5,000.

Is there any legal action I can take against him?

Hi can you elaborate a little more? What threshold are you talking about? And what arrears?
