Hello Team,

I'm about to have a Bankruptcy Notice served upon me. As I understand it, I have 21 days to respond to the demands of the Notice.

Again as I understand it, if I don't respond to the Notice, I have committed an act of Bankruptcy and therefore the Creditor can seek an order for me to be made Bankrupt.

My preference is to actually instigate the Bankruptcy process myself.

My questions are:

1/ Can I submit my application for Bankruptcy within the time window of the expiry of the 21 days of the Notice and the start of the Creditor order to be made Bankrupt? I assume I can.

2/ If the Creditor order to force Bankruptcy has been submitted for processing, is too late to submit my personal application to become Bankrupt? Will my application over ride the Creditors order?

Any other relevant information would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance!
