Australian Consumer Law - Allowed 14 Days to Return Defective Product?

    In how many days do you have to return a defective product for a refund under Australian consumer law? Someone told me 14 days; is that correct?

    JuliaJ, there is no general time limit in the law, but maybe the particular retailer may set their own rule and have it written somewhere. Hope that helps.
