Sentence seems way out of proportion to other sentencing in the same area
Want to appeal
Contacted a new lawyer who is still reading over and waiting on judge comments from sentencing still been in jail two weeks
Want to appeal as soon as possible
Any suggestions as to the best lawyer to appeal it I don’t think the one I have contacted is right for me.
The offence was drug related
Previous had a section 10 from qld then this arrest Felt lawyer I had didn’t communicate with me also made up stuff as we went on also angered the judge with his very lack paperwork
New lawyer contacted by gf and I have not been able to mane contact tried to call and she didn’t answer
Also said to get comfortable going to take a long time
seems the judge viewed my section 10 and made assumptions at sentencing
