Is a "full brief" all the evidence that the ODPP can present to the defendant or should a request for a direction or ruling for "disclosure" be submitted to the court?

I would assume the "full brief" is everything the Police have to hand over to the ODPP (or the results of whatever pitiful excuse for an investigation they've conducted - just speaking from personal experience here).

Personal experience is the best reference I can rely on thank you

They used to have this thing called a "Committal Hearing" which was helpful in case you wanted to know what the bloddy hell you were charged with .... this was where the Prosecution had to prove they had an actual case ...

Depending on the seriousness of the Charge, the Prosecution might eventually fork over something called an "Indictment" which presumably outlines whatever BS they think they have on you.

Is that the sort of thing you're after?
