I am wondering if I can have access to reports/medical information following psychologist \doctor's appointments.

Ex won't provide information and psychologist says it's confidential - how does this even add up?

I had to have it written into my Interim Court Orders, so now she takes my daughter to a different doctor every other week. But the good thing is all the emails that go unanswered, about who my daughters new doctor(s) are, are just building up more and more contraventions.

(a) Both parents are at liberty to talk to the childs treating practitioners, medical staff, doctors and specialists, this includes full access to medical reports, documents, case files, presciptions and notes.

(b) Both parents must advise the other parent of the treating practitioners, name, address, and contact number.
