WA 2nd poss with intent

Hi again guys,
Ok so the ex got done with 6g meth. He already has one possession with intent to sell or supply for 105g cannabis. He was sentenced for that last year and was put on a 12 month intensive supervision order, which he has now breached.
Hes applying for bail which even with surety he wont get right?
With the intensive supervision order breach, the previous charge for cannabis and now this one for 6g meth, how long is he looking at getting?

I forgot to add he was done pulling into his driveway but they didn't search the house and his partner wasn't charged.
Normal?
